Liam said “I joined Opus-UK to achieve recognised qualifications whilst gaining practical work experience. Being a growing business Opus-UK has the approachable feel of a family company whilst offering opportunities to develop new skills.”
He is studying towards NVQ Level 3 in IT Support and Customer Support in addition to a Microsoft Certified Qualification with Baltic Training Services which includes both classroom training and work place assessments.
Liam is is already working with the remote support team to resolve technical issues and getting involved in hardware repairs and pre installation server builds and testing in the workshop.

Liam is our first apprentice and is quickly building on the knowledge he has already. It’s a steep learning curve with lots to take on board but Liam is rising to the challenge whilst learning the technical skills needed to provide the high levels of IT and customer service we pride ourselves on.”
